Congrats to Double Nickle for being in the top 10 over-all for best pseudo-energy at 2.22

EDIT: OK so that seems another popular number but hey ...they listed on the Blueprint site!

I don't seem to be getting full credit for the
points I send in. I lost 64k one time, thought
it might be some screw up on my part. Last
batch short changed me again. Am I the only one
experiencing this ??

Hmmmm, I do not seem to be losing any now. The best way to check is to Fold Offline for a while and wait until the Stats have updated with no pints being credited..then upload the amount remembering the otal points you uploaded. Then go offline again. The n when the stats update that amount should be all that shows up..unless you are in a mini trem..then it is hard :(

Just ensure you are working with the latest Protein. Did your computers get the 126 via auto update, as the Team Effort Kit had a buggy version for a few hours that did 50,000 structures for gen0, it should have been 30,000 :(

Exclamation

Half credit for "old protein"? You ARE doing "126", right? \

Also, if you have more than one box, make sure that all have the correct handle...if one or more is going to "team effort" it won't show up for YOU...obviously...

I have been finishing gen zero 50000 and these
points came from this version. I am running the
30000 version now. I just sent 105,111 points
from one pc and will check at next stats update
to see if it records correctly. This is last
output from 50k version. Come to think of it,
I probably mixed 30k and 50k output on these
times when the points were wrong. Did you (all)
change over to 30k version without sending points
from 50k version ?

pfb raises a good point...Should there be some "beta test" of a new update of client and/or protein? A 24 hour test to check for things like this?
Iggy caught on to this problem early enough to get it changed quickly...if this had gone on an extra day or two, we'd have some "tainted" results for sure! Maybe even enough to knock us out of CASP...before we even got started!
