ASRock OC Formula x99 Ethernet won't work

I have installed both of the LAN drivers (both intel Lan and AtherosLan), and ethernet still won't work. Sometimes it just works for a few seconds after reinstalling, but it won't work after some time passes or if I restart the system. I really don't know what to do at this point.

Delete all installed ethernet drivers and do a manual install of the ethernet driver. Use the Computer Management utility in the Control Panel to navigate to the Device Manager, scroll down to your "other devices" and select the network/ethernet adapter. Right click the adapter and select "browse my computer" to find where you downloaded it. Drivers should be already extracted before attempting this.
