AsRock z77 extreme 6 usb controller

Greetings, I haven't been to the coffee shop yet nor have I finished my profile. I have a issue that is killing me slowly..In my device manager I have the etron 3.0 usb controller listed but I also have a USB controller under other devices that has the yellow triangle on it..I attempted to load the Intel drivers but I get into all kinds of blue screen business.. is there a generic 2.0 usb controller I am supposed to be loading? thanks in advance..this has gone on long enough..

did you install the Intel INF drivers previously?

Hi and thanks for your reply, I did install all the available drivers when I setup the Motherboard and I found updates on the Asrock website. I did have a problem with the Intel USB 3.0 update and so I went back to the original. I note that all my firmware is up to date, my hard drives check out and my memory is good.

Could it be another USB that is non Intel ?
