For AMD Phenom 9550 CPU, the Max Vcore setting is 1.5625V

and diffferent CPU will have differnet max vcore.

As mentioned, it depends on the CPU used. It doesn't mean that with the X3 you will also get 1.45v or beyond.

I just wanna say, that i have K10N78hSLI-GLAN (cheaper version without WiFi) now in my hands and with Phenom 8650 (default VID=1,2V, max VID=1,25V) i can set voltage up to 1,5625V too.
