Nokia 7650 Total Memory: 7 MB or 15 MB?

Although only 3.6 MB of memory is accesable for user to install Symbian application & Java midlet, I still wonder how much is the total memory (RAM+ROM) that Nokia 7650 has? Somebody told me it has 7 MB and other said 15 MB. If there is 15 MB of total memory (RAM+ROM), I wonder if we would be able to hack the ROM like Compaq iPaq and Palm M500 series and store some application in ROM. Or maybe in the future, Nokia will release any ROM updates plus with new application stored in ROM, such as Instant Messaging or Word processor? I still believe there is a reason why Nokia 7650 comes with only 3.6 MB memory for user. I know that Nokia is not stupid and there should be some explaination about this.

Series 60 OS is approx. 2-4mb and these are 'untouchable'.

I found out that the Nokia 7650 CPU speed is 104 MHz. No wonder why N7650 can handle multi tasking.

you're also a 7650 user? :D it's really interesting you found out that its processor spped is 104mhz... by any chance do you also happen to know what processor?

Yes, I am also a Nokia 7650 user.I use an application called 'PhoneInfo'. It is a freeware.
