New version of PowerDVD needed to support Purevideo HD on 8600GTS

If you have read our preview, you would have noticed the low HQV scores. In our test, version 7.0, 7.2, 7.3 will give a poor image, 3:2 pulldown does not work. Flag test looks shitty and Noise reduction is basically not there.I have mentioned before that this is due to drivers.

From what we understand, not only the driver needs to be renewed, a new version of PowerDVD is needed to unleash the power ot Purevideo HD.

nVidia PureVideo decoding filters decoded HD content well like year ago, so I did not understand what is this todays, after all the "HD-talk"
