what software exactly are you using on the server for internet connection sharing ?
are you using static IP addressing or dhcp ?
can you otherwise access the other two machines from the server ? can you ping them ? are tcp/ip and winsock installed and configured correctly ?

Try using winroute ( www.winroute.com)
It uses NAT (network address translating) which basically means all your software will work, not just the web.
cheers

What are the errors you're getting from the other machines? Are the NICs setup properly or did you change the configuration in any way? Are the client machines able to see the server machine or not? Installed any new software lately?
Questions, questions, questions.

Hmmm, that seems like a strange solution. If you didn't change anything and just reinstalled, why would it work again?

If Microsoft's ICS program works, use it. If you still want to change, a program that comes to mind is SyGate. They also have firewall programs so you can have sharing and security.
