ATi Catalyst 6.9 enable CrossFire on Gigabyte GA-965P-DQ6 i965p board

Yesterday we reported that MSI press release states that their 965P board can do CrossFire. Today, we took some time off and tested out Gigabyte 965P board with 2 x Powercolor X1300Pro with Catalyst 6.9.

CrossFire option is there and there aren't any more error messages while trying to enable CrossFire previously during our test of the board. The CrossFire runs in a 16x+4x mode.

Looks like Catalyt 6.9 has enabled CrossFire for Intel 965P chipset.
