For some reason, even after enabling Legacy USB in the BIOS using the PS/2 keyboard, the USB keyboard still does not work when trying to go into the BIOS whereas it works fine once Win XP has booted up. Oh well. I have a new PS/2 keyboard to use now. Very odd...
