ASRock 990FX Killer Problem with BIOS 1.1

Just an observation.
With BIOS 1.1, for Storage in AHCI mode, Windows 7 Repair and Original Installation discs hang.

I added an M.2 card which can only be recognized in BIOS in AHCI mode, but the mentioned Windows 7 Repair and Install hang at the green horizontal bar, or the glowing Windows logo.

I put the BIOS back to 1.0 and Repair and Install do work.
