Default Problem with logging of Cisco Switch 3560 & 3750

Hi,
My problem is below, wish somebody can solve my problem:

I already typed "logging {syslog-server-IP}" on one 3560 & one Cisco 3750
If I type "config t" on two switch, syslog server can display what date & time that the switch was configured.
If I just log in two switch without type "config t", syslog server cannot display the date & time that someone has logged in the two switch.

Is there any wy to record log-in date & time without type "config t"
