For AMI BIOS
Rename the desired AMI BIOS file to AMIBOOT.ROM and save it on a floppy disk. e.g. Rename A569MS23.ROM to AMIBOOT.ROM
Insert this floppy disk in the floppy drive. Turn On the system and press and hold Ctrl-Home to force update. It will read the AMIBOOT.ROM file and recover the BIOS from the A drive.
When 4 beeps are heard you may remove the floppy disk and restart the computer.

Just to add..
AMIBOOT.ROM must be UPPER CASE
AMIBOOT.ROM must be ONLY entry in the root directory (do a format before copying file)
Insert floppy, press and hold CTL and HOME, then turn on system (otherwise, you may not be fast enough to get to the keyboard)

First, you need another pc to create a restore bios disk.Open notepad and type:"NAME.EXE NAME.BIN /py /sn"( for NAME.EXE introduce program flash name and for NAME.BIN introduce bios file name) and save like:"AOTOEXEC.BAT".Put this file into bootable disk together with flash program and bios file.Put this disk in your pc and turn on and wait until floppy led light off...
