Diamond, well known graphics card maker introduces it's midrange card, the HD 3650 series of graphics card. Although there are many variations in card designs, Diamond surprises us with a 1GB version of the HD 3650 card model 3650PE1GB.

Based on the 55nm RV635 GPU, this PCIe Gen 2 card replaces the older 2600 series of cards based on a similar core RV630. This card runs cooler in temperature and gives you the best images watch the latest Blu-ray and HD-DVD videos in full 1080p HD – and upscale beyond - without placing huge demands on your CPU using ATI's UVB technology . The PowerPlay also helps to conserve energy allowing you to run your system in a cool, quiet PCs. For the light gamers, 3D realism is realised with  DirectX® 10.1 capabilities and plug-and-play ATI CrossFireX™ multi-GPU upgradeability.

The GPU/Mem runs at 725/400. The board also has 120 stream processing units. This card can be run in tandem (4pcs on AMD 790FX based motherboard).
