Interface and Functionality
A 5 way navigation joystick is located at the
centre of the phone for instant access to the various functions of the phone.
3 other buttons (left, right, bottom) are for instant access to messaging, web
and GPRS.
On the right hand side of the phone is the volume control
and you can use it to increase volume level. In non conversation mode, it
directly access the various control panel options in the phone.
SMS input speed is speedy and the only problem is
the small keypad which is a bit difficult if you have big thumbs.
Icon based interface
Click on Inbox and you can have access to
all your SMS, MMS, E-mail via GPRS
The Calendar functions include functions to
convert Lunar to Solar calendar. Chiense festivals etc.
A outlook alike calendar for you to include
the tasks set for the day.
In setup, you can change your profiles for
Noisy Environment, Quiet Environment,Car Kit, Headset etc. You can also
set your Display, ringtones for call groups
Themes can be set and there are 4 themes
available on the phone
For ringtones, you can select ringtones for
groups of users VIP, Office, Family etc.
The Data Inbox in Mystuff/Misc allows you to
view the files sent via IrDA, Bluetooth into the phone. Noticed that I
sent a SIS file in, it is not recognised since it is not a Symbian phone.
MID, JPG, GIF are acceptable formats.
You can also change the Colour Skins of the
display.
Under Extras, there are various options like count down
timer, remote sync, device manager, file system. In file system, you can
browse the files stored in the various folders of the phone

You can set the language options to Traditional and
Simplified Chinese
Camera or Video resolution settings. Premium
quality is 1280 x 960
A quick view of the photos taken. You can also do a
