Benchmarks PCmark2005

PCmark2005 tests a number of important items in today's computing world. File Compression, Encryption, Decryption, Audio Conversion, Web Page Rendering, WMV Video Compression, DivX Video Compression, Physics Calculation and 3D, Graphics Memory etc.

With PCMark05, we see that the scores are a bit of different due to the different memory controller of the 3 different chipsets.

The ECS PN2 SLI2+ scored 7916 with QX6700. This is a high score but it seems that the older PT880Pro on the 4CoreDual-VSTA does better at 8007. It is also surprising that the Gigabyte 965P board only scored 7833.

This is interesting as we will check the other video compression benchmarks and see if it works better than the other chipsets.

With the individual CPU test segment, we see the big difference between the two. The Intel QX6700 is 14% ahead of the X6800.
