CPU
FSB is still a valid and important
criteria when judging systems performance. We measured the
CPU FSB and
documented it as below. Both boards runs at 266.7MHz right on the dot.
The Gigabyte GA-P35T-DQ6 is paired up with 2GB of Samsung DDR3-1066 at CAS
7-7-7-20 while the GA-X38-DQ6 is with 2GB Corsair DDR2-1066 at CAS 5, 7-7-24.
The ASUS P5E3 Deluxe is paired up with 2GB of Samsung DDR3 memory running at CAS
7-7-7-20.
Sandra XII tests
From the chart, we can see that the ASUS P5E3
Deluxe do have a slight advantage with the slightly higher clk speed. It beats
the two Gigabyte boards in almost all categories of the Sandra XII tests.
