CineBench 10 is one of the popular rendering tool that supports newer SSE4 instruction sets. In this test, take a look on how CineBench performs.

From the chart below, the ASRock P43DE performs very well in "1 cpu rendering", outperforming the rest. In multiplie X CPU rendering, it loses some steam and gets a score of 12305. In terms of Multiprocessor speed up and openGL, it is also not a match for the P43R1600Twins-WiFi.
