This pair of modules model KHX1440DK2/2GN is rated
at PC3-14400 or DDR3-1800. This pair of modules have better timings than the
KHX14400D3K2/2G we tested sometime ago. At DDR3-1800, the timings are CAS
8,8,8,25,2T as compared to CAS 10,10,10,31,2T on the previous KHX14400D3K2/2G.
The modules are rated at 1.9v.
In our test, we used the
ASUS
Striker II Extreme mainboard we reviewed before. We used a QX9770 and a
E6550 to test out it's memory performance.
In the next few pages, we will investigate the
modules, it's performance with EPP enabled, disabled and see if there are any
differences in results.
