SiSoft Sandra 2009 Benchmarks
As we are pairing the board with the X3 710 processor, we are able to "open" up the 4th core in the test. In this benchmark, we check out the memory bandwidth of the system running the system in it's default 3 core versus 4 core. As you can see form the chart below. Running the board with 4 core or 3 core doesn't impact the memory performance at all. In fact, running at 3 core default gives a better score.
Arithmetic Processor test with 4 core enabled, the increase in performance is noticeable. In Whetstone, the difference is 33% while Dhrystone gives a difference of 36%.
Multimedia Processor test The improvement in Multimedia test is quite noticeable too. In Int X4 test, the difference is 33% while in Float x8, the difference is 34%.
