Exclusive Review : ASRock A780FullDisplayPort AMD 780G mainboard Review
ased on the AMD 780G+SB700 chipset, this board supports all series of Phenom, X2 CPUs. This is not the case for some brands as ASRock uses a 5 phase PWM. It has proven to run the latest Phenom 9850 without any issues (reported in our news yesterday).
With it's integrated DX10 graphics, it paves the way for running applications that takes advantage of it's compliance. With the improved integrated GPU, it is able to take advantage of Hybrid CrossFire X technology. This allows the board to speed up the performance of the PCIe graphics card by tapping onto the integrated GPU.
For display, ASRock A780FullDisplayPort is the first to support future standards. This board supports all 4 VGA Output options: D-Sub, DVI-D, HDMI and Displayport. It also supporst HDCP function to enjoy better quality with High Definition HDCP Encryption contents. With it's integrated RV610 level graphics, it decodes bluray h.264 movies with ease.

This certainly look attractive.. Does it use sideport memory to boost the igp performance? i am considering either this or J&W 780G board :)
